Warranty policy:
The room is usually paid at the hotel on the spot, upon arrival at the hotel.
We keep the room reserved until 18:00 on the day of arrival. In case of late arrival (after 18:00) you can guarantee your reservation with advance payment or credit card authorization. Please contact the hotel reception regarding the matter.
Cancellation policy:
The reservation can be changed or canceled by 18:00 (local time) on the day of arrival.
