- Can I change my existing booking?
- Reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge before 6 pm on arrival date. All bookings at Hotel Katajanokka can be canceled free of charge 24 hours before the start of the booking. If you have prepaid your accommodation, see point 2.
- Can I change or cancel my prepaid reservation?
- If you have prepaid your reservation, we will refund your prepayment if the hotel is closed. Alternatively, we can transfer the reservation at no additional cost according to the availability of the hotel, when the reservation is made directly through Primehotels. For refunds and cancellations, you may contact Primehotels sales. Issues related to bookings made via third parties must be deal directly with the selling party.

- I have made accommodation/restaurant booking to your hotel/restaurant. What do you do when the hotel/restaurant is closed for the time being?

- Can I extend the validity period of my gift card I have already purchased now when the hotels/restaurants are closed?
- If your gift card expires during an emergency when the hotels are closed, please contact our sales office sales@primehotels.fi.
- How your hotels are prepared for coronavirus?
- All our hotels are following the common guidelines and recommendations concerning COVID-19. We pay special attention to hand hygiene in all our hotels and restaurants and strictly follow the guidelines and recommendations of local authorities. We also encourage our guests to frequently wash their hands with soap and warm water. Hand sanitizer is available in all our hotels. We have increased cleaning and hygiene protocols and we encourage our personnel to stay at home if they develop any symptoms of the disease.
