TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Prime Guest members can collect stamps for both accommodation and restaurant purchases.
- All Prime Guest member benefits are personal, unless otherwise has been mentioned in the benefits terms.
- Members must be over the age of 18.
- Each staying Prime Guest customer gets one stamp on the stamp card per night.
- Each individual stamp is valid for 12 months.
- Overnight stays booked through Primehotels’ own reservation channels are entitled to the stamps.
- It is also possible to accumulate stamps on the stamp card for each one-time purchase worth €120 in a restaurant, if the total amount of the bill exceeds €120.
- The recipient of the stamp must be on site and authenticate their membership by showing the identification page of the Prime Guest application.
- After collecting four stamps, the Prime Guest loyal customer has earned a fifth night free of charge.
- The award night entitles you to stay in a Prime Guest or equivalent room class, 2 bedrooms, subject to availability.
- A full stamp card, 5 stamps, entitles you to automatic transfer to the Prime Guest Unique level.
- A full stamp card at the Unique level, 5 stamps, entitles you to a €10 restaurant gift card in addition to an award night. The gift card is valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
- Staying at the Prime Guest Unique level and the right to Unique benefits is maintained by earning a full stamp card, entitling you to 5 stamps in the next 12 months.
- Stamps cannot be transferred to another Prime Guest member.
- Prime Guest benefits take effect from the day you register and download the app. You cannot get stamps for overnight stays and restaurant purchases that have taken place before becoming a member.
- Every new regular customer is entitled to a restaurant voucher worth €10, which can be used in all Primehotels restaurants, valid for 2 months after joining.
- Benefits cannot be combined with other offers.
- Benefits and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- When paying with an accommodation gift card, we issue stamps corresponding to the accommodation. Other benefits are not valid when staying with a gift card.
- We do not issue stamps for reservations paid with restaurant gift cards.
- Not all group bookings are entitled to Prime Guest benefits, so when making a group booking please check whether these benefits are valid with your group. Prime Guest benefits are not available for corporate group bookings.
- Prime Guest benefits do not apply on bookings made through third parties such as:
- Third party bookings (Online travel agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia and similar operators)
- Prices from retailers and tour operators
- Crew prices
